Fire Sprinklers

  • Installation of new sprinkler systems or retrofits.
  • Adding / relocating / replacing sprinkler heads and various system modifications.
  • Perform annual test and inspection of fire sprinkler systems, as per NFPA-25.
  • Perform monthly / quarterly / semi-annual inspections as required.
  • Provide a detailed inspection report noting deficiencies and recommendations.
  • Tag system and provide certification if applicable.

Fire Alarm

  • Installation of new fire alarm systems and retrofits.
  • Fire alarm panel replacements and system upgrades.
  • Elevator / door holder / fan shutdown / fire pump / relay wiring / fire panel tie ins.
  • Replace old or faulty components as required.
  • Perform annual test and inspection of fire alarm system, as per CAN/ULC-S536.
  • Provide a detailed inspection report noting deficiencies and recommendations.
  • Tag system and provide certification if applicable.
Fire-Extinguisher

Fire Extinguishers

  • Installation of new fire extinguishers, cabinets & accessories.
  • Perform annual inspection of fire extinguishers as per NFPA-10.
  • Recharge and hydrostatic testing of extinguishers as required, in our certified extinguisher shop.
  • Servicing of stored pressure, cartridge-operated, and wheeled unit type extinguishers.
  • Provide a detailed inspection report noting deficiencies and recommendations.
  • Tag extinguishers and provide certification if applicable.
Paint-Booth

Paint Booth / Industrial Fire Suppression

  • Provide and install new pre-engineered Amerex or Badger industrial fire suppression systems.
  • Perform semi-annual testing and inspection of dry chemical suppression systems, as per NFPA-17.
  • Provide a detailed inspection report noting deficiencies and recommendations.
  • Tag equipment and provide certification if applicable.

Fire Hoses / Standpipes

  • Installation of new standpipes feeding 1.5″ hose racks or 2.5″ fire department hose connections.
  • Perform annual test and inspection of building fire hoses & standpipe systems, as per NFPA-25 & NFPA-1962.
  • Perform flow test and/or hydrostatic testing on standpipes as required every 5 years.
  • Provide a detailed inspection report noting deficiencies and recommendations.
  • Tag equipment and provide certification if applicable.
Fire-Pump

Fire Pumps

  • Perform annual tests and inspections of fire pumps, as per NFPA-20.
  • Perform annual flow test of the fire pump.
  • Schedule weekly or monthly fire pump run and/or maintenance if required.
  • Fire pump weekly/monthly run training for your maintenance staff is available.
  • Provide a detailed inspection report noting deficiencies and recommendations.
  • Tag equipment and provide certification if applicable.
Backflow-Preventer

Backflow Prevention

  • Installation of new backflow prevention devices as per Edmonton Bylaw #17698.
  • Perform annual test and inspection of the building DCVA and RP devices.
  • Perform annual test of specific gravity on glycol loops.
  • Forward inspection report to Epcor on your behalf.
  • Provide a detailed inspection report noting deficiencies and recommendations.
  • Tag device and provide certification if applicable.
Extinguisher-Training

Fire Extinguisher Training

  • Fire extinguisher training is completed on site and provides instruction and hands-on training.
  • Bullex digital extinguisher training simulator can be used indoors and is environmentally friendly.
  • Increases staff confidence and improves overall building safety.

  • Various hydrant repairs and part replacement.
  • Provide a detailed inspection report noting deficiencies and recommendations.
  • Tag hydrants and provide certification if applicable.

  • Provide a detailed inspection report noting deficiencies and recommendations.
  • Tag system and provide certification if applicable.
ULC-Monitoring

ULC Fire Alarm Monitoring

  • Installation of ULC compliant fire alarm or sprinkler system monitoring package.
  • 24/7 call center to dispatch fire department in case of fire.
  • Annual inspection of monitoring system components.
